Clinics

The Ice Dogs offer dedicated skills sessions at the Mount Vernon Ice Arena for those players who want additional development opportunities. These clinics are all designed to improve and elevate your game.

Hockey Skills and PEP Drop-In Sessions

For players looking to improve their individual skills, the Ice Dogs are holding dedicated skills sessions at the Mount Vernon ice rink. This clinic is a mix of skills and Power Edge Pro (PEP), all designed to improve and elevate your game.

This program is open to travel (CBHL) players from any club. NOVA's 14U CCHL players are also welcome. 10U-12U NOVA CCHL considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact the club registrar BEFORE registering.

Program: Hockey Skills and PEP Hockey skills sessions
When: Wednesday Nights on Jan 7, 14, 21, 28 and Feb 4, 11
Where: Mount Vernon Ice Rink
Instructors:
- Hockey Skills: Coach Lyon Messier
- PEP Staff: Coach Fred, Coach Cory
Age Groups:
- 6pm: 8u-12u Travel
- 7pm: 10u-12u Travel
- 8pm: 14u NOVA CCHL
- 8pm: 14u-16u+ Travel
Cost: $220 for 6 sessions or $40 per session

Please note the name of your CHBL travel team on the registration form or that you are a NOVA 14U CCHL player.

Spring Hockey

Our spring hockey programs offer opportunities for all players, including a 4v4 league, player development clinics, girls teams, skating and skills sessions, tryout prep clinics and tournament teams.

Travel Tryouts

Tryouts for our CBHL travel teams will take place on the following dates:

March 20-22: 10U-12U (Coed and Girls)
April 18-19: Coed 14U, 16U, 18U & Girls 14/16U-19U
